FitMetrics is part of ABC Fitness, the company behind ABC Trainerize.

How does the AI coach actually work?

Start with a workflow, review its output and choose when to enable automatic delivery. Available data and actions depend on the integrations and workflows you enable.

What exactly is the blood test portal?

The Scale plan includes a branded portal where clients can upload blood test results. FitMetrics organizes biomarkers and generates insights that you can review alongside their coaching data.

You can configure your brand, client access and the way the portal fits into your service. Blood testing arrangements and any lab charges are separate from the FitMetrics software.

These insights support coaching conversations. They are not a medical diagnosis; clinical interpretation and treatment should stay with appropriately qualified professionals.

Do I need Trainerize to use FitMetrics?

Yes — FitMetrics is built for Trainerize, and it's available on every Trainerize plan.

We use the Trainerize API to pull in your client data:

Does FitMetrics replace me as a coach?

You remain the coach. FitMetrics handles repetitive follow-through so you can spend more time on relationships, coaching decisions and growing your business.

You set your methods, tone and rules. For workflows such as workout building and check-ins, you can review drafts before delivery or enable automatic delivery when you’re ready.

How much capacity you gain depends on your coaching model, configuration and clients. The goal is more personal attention at scale without adding the same amount of manual work.

How long does it take to set up FitMetrics?

Start by connecting your Trainerize account. Then configure the workflows, coaching methods and review settings you want to use.

You don’t need to turn everything on at once. Try one workflow with one client, review the result, and expand when you’re comfortable.

Our onboarding videos and support team help you through the process. Setup time depends on how much you choose to configure.

Do I need other tools alongside FitMetrics?

Accepted Answer

You need a Trainerize account. FitMetrics adds client forms, coaching automations, messaging tools, reporting and more to that foundation. Course Builder and the blood test portal are available on Scale.

FitMetrics can reduce the number of separate tools you use for coaching delivery. You may still use other software for your website, lead generation, accounting or specialist workflows.

Connect supported services in Settings and choose the combination that fits your business.
